hi . i recently spent one year in mojacar but had to go back to uk , due to mums failing health. Turre is now the place I want to live in as I have retired from teaching and I am wondering where would someone recommend to rent as I know their is top of the town or bottom. Somewhere near the bazaar store would be good for ease of shopping . Anybody have any tips. ALL APPRECIATED AND THANKS.

tell  me about it!  you could try asking about Casa Angels on Calle Los Gallardos (No 7).  We know they rent that house out so may be worth an ask.   Hope you get sorted.  let me know where you end up.

Hi all, we are thinking of renting in Turre and know absolutely nothing about the area, is it hilly for instance, we presently live in Alfarnatejo, in the mountains but getting older and this epidemic has made us feel quite vulnerable and isolated. So are looking for somewhere with a nice community. We have lived in Spain for 14 years and I,m ashamed to say my Spanish is still very poor so it would be nice to be able to have a conversation minus all the arm waving and gestures we have used thus far. We want a minimum of 12 month rental, is it a good area for long term rentals. We bought originally on a mobile home park and sank all our saving into it , unfortunately after 3 years the site was found to be illegal and we lost everything so have rented in the village for the past 11 years. sorry for rambling on. would really appreciate any advice. thanks.
