towbar fitting

Can anyone advise on towbar supply and fitting to a UK car which will not be matricuated, so no need for nspection for ITV. Thank you.

You would be better waiting until you take it back to uk it would be cheeper than it will cost in spain, bear in mind you can only keep it out here in Spain on uk plates for six months legally, if any longer you must have it matriculated on to Spanish plates
Thank you for your help. as I am only here on holiday for a short time you are correct in saying it is much cheeper to wait until I return home.
