I’m not sure if this is the correct forum or not?
I wonder if you can help me? I currently own and rent my apartment out and I was wondering if I can apply for a Non Lucrative Visa and receive money this way but not physically work myself?

An NLV is only worth applying for if you intend to live in Spain for more than 6 months in the year and make this your habitual residence. If so then there are minimum annual income requirements, so it may well be worth your while to contact a local gestor in Roquetas for advice on next steps.
