Hi, We are new here so hello,
We are coming over in just over a week looking for a property to Buy as we intend to live in Roquetas de Mar,
Just the one Question, Is there any parts we should avoid when looking?

Hi Tony. We have only been living here for 2 months so may not be the best people to ask! But we have been visiting RdM for holidays since 2016 and we got the impression that the central or port area is best avoided because of noise and disturbance. But we have no direct knowledge of that. The southern or Playa Serena area is popular but seemed to us to be possibly too isolated from the town, supermarkets and health provision. So we plumped for the Las Marinas/Avenida Mediterráneo district - there is plenty of life, bars, restaurants and we are just a 10 minute walk from the beach. Do you have a car? If not the bus service to retail parks at Vicar and Grand Plaza is good.

Hi, Yes we have visited many times, but visiting and living is going to be different, looking forward to it and will be there next week looking.
