Thank you again for being there and joining the group ide been having a few bad weeks of part of years off hell I and could. Not understand why, having already done all the PTSD shit over 20 years ago it overwhelmingly just came over me , but I also by talking one of the 4 of us left , he reminded me I owe him a pint he pushed me over the loading bay to save my life.
