French / Spanish border crossing

I'm looking to drive to Roquetas in the next couple of weeks from the UK. Is the french /spanish border open to travel by road .

Yes, there are no restrictions. I would be interested to know if when you return to the U.K. there is a quarantine form that you have to complete and hand in as if it’s still in force in October we may end up driving to the UK for a visit rather than flying.
