Travelling with Unvaccinated Children

We are travelling to Roquetas after 4th Oct. Our children are unvaccinated as they are young teenagers & have only just been approved for jags.
I am unsure where to go for a fit to fly pcr tests for coming back to England. So confused! Can anyone help with suggestions please.
