We are just about to refurbish a property in the heart of Lubrin with a view to long term property rental. It is a traditional Spanish property and has a kitchen , lounge,, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a private roof terrace plus a small front patio. Hi Frances and David!  I imagine you have successfully rented out your lovely property in Lubrin by now - although these are terrible, uncertain times.  I think in summer you live in Scotland, on an island even :) .  I just wanted to say that we live on an off-island in Orkney and have been looking at Lubrin for quite a while as somewhere we would like to be during the winter months - if not permanently - although everything has now changed with Brexit and Covid 19.  We are not in a position to buy anywhere at present but I am wanting to keep in touch with folk who know Lubrin. Am I right in thinking there is a return bus to Almeria once a day?  Does it pass through Bedar and Turre?   It would be great for us to enjoy a long term rent of your property when the time is right for testing the water in Lubrin. Please forgive this out of the blue enquiry.
