Hi Jayne,

There are a number of people from all over Europe and South America living in and around Lubrin. They add up to around 15% of the total inhabitants  and around 50% of those are from the UK. However this is considerably less than areas such as Bedar

,Arboleas, Mojacar and Albox. It is very Spanish in so far as almost none of the locals speak English , the shops are all cash only and the nearest you will get to a take away is a bar where you can get a pizza from. The locals are very, very friendly but it is a place where you need to want to integrate.

Contact me if you need specifics.   Peter
