Living in Lubrin

Hi everyone! We live in the UK but are continuing our research into places where we would like to live - part time or full time - in Almeria.
Could any of you please tell me what living in Lubrin is like? We have watched several YouTube videos but any details of ordinary life would be welcome. For example, I know there is a pharmacy but is there a medical centre? If not where is the nearest one and is there a bus?
