Loads of other agents in Huercal Overa but some a bit iffy. The other agency in El Alfoquia itself would be CAT SERVICES which is a sort of legal advice agency. Seem to have a good reputation. Also on www. 

We used CAM CONCEPTS in HUERCAL OVERA on one occasion & found them rude, lacking in knowledge re. Murcia and over priced. We were also informed they contract out legal services which might enhance any  account.

Best wishes and would think there are a plethora of properties between Alfoquia, Cucador, Zurgena, Huercal Overa, Arboleas. 

Try to avoid areas where there is a high density of pig farms (smell, noise, flies ).

Mojacar Playa and Puerto Lumbreras

Hi. Cam concepts are a very good abogados/lawyer, based in Huercal Overa, CAT services are in La Foquia, along with the excellent British Cippy close by lol.

Partner used Cam Concepts with power of attorney to purchase her villa recently, they also do NIE, residencia and other things. Spanish and English speaking and oh so helpful

Almeria area is a very wide area with the airport around 1 hr 10 minutes from here, Urcal/Huercal Overa, maybe 20 minutes less to La Foquia. Roads are excellent.
