Is an old dog and a little lame?
Because I saw on Facebook a post about a missing Labrador dog around Zurgena, he's 13 years old, called Camaron.
I'm sharing here that facebook post in case it's the same you can call the owners.

Sadly my partner saw one dead. I know if it was my dog, I would still rather know. He suspected it had purposely been drowned, so I don’t want to upset anyone unnecessarily.
