Help with reconnecting my water and electricity with Endesa in Marina de la Torre

Hi I am looking to reconnect my Water and electricity, I am having terrible problems resolving this on Endesa's website even though I have all my bill information. However I dont have this information for the water utility and I am looking for that utilities name to start the process of getting reconnected.

I have been away for many years and want to get back to my apartment in marina de la torre to enjoy some overdue sun. Any help here would be much appreciated.
