So here in Garrucha, probably elsewhere on the street are large plastic bottles full of water, methinks. Some have a faint yellowy, orange colour and on one was written, "No Pi Pi". There is a reason, but it eludes me. I seek enlightenment. Correct and amusing answers most welcome. Andrew.

Yes, all over the place, and as I understand it, they’re to stop dogs peeing, often placed outside people’s doorways or on a corner.
I don’t know if it works, but obviously many people do?
