We were thinking of making a short notice flight out to our Appartment in Garrucha, then realised we only have 2 months left on our passport to expiry.
Has anyone ever tried to fly to Spain with less than the new 3 month guidelines on Passport?
you will need at least 3 months to be able to get through passport control so you need to renew them first

It’s less than 6 months, not 3 and the answer is if you have less than 6 months left on your passport, don’t bother trying. You’ll be able to book, but you’ll be turned back at the airport of departure. If by some miracle you make it past passport control there (you won’t …) then it’s a cast iron guarantee that on arrival you won’t be permitted to enter Spain.
