Thanks. Being a very spanish town I expect all the news is in the local Spanish papers. The correos is still opening only Mon to Fri though. I'm hoping I can find an optician open this week to get new batteries for my hearing aids. Also of course the Estanco for cigarettes!!

drove along the silent seafront yesterday no ships in port and none waiting like the Marie Celeste. the beach is covered in debris which would normally be cleaned up sad to see. everyone is obeying the stay indoors rules there.
on a different note Just been to the pharmacy in Mojaca and got two masks but hubby can't use them as not suitable for anyone with heart problems! Not cheap either cost £27 and only last for 15 days useage.

Blimey, I'll wait until the ayuntamiento deliver to me or go without. I would find the ones with ear attachments difficult anyway as I wear glasses and hearing aids. Would need to adapt them to tie round my head.

The trucks taking yeso to the port are still working and make up most of the toad traffic. At 10.00 on Sunday morning from my terrace there are two ships anchored offshore, a third having just entered port. The most I have noted have been seven so very much business as normal. LIDL still open with usually a short queue though this week Police were asking for evidence that you live in Garrucha or vicinity.
