Vaccination proof

Have had my vaccination ( Johnson & Johnson ) which you only need the 1 jab, but how do I get proof that I've had it done. I have flights to UK in August.

SAlud website. Hubbys printed off and he only had the single jab. Asked at medical centre, then got it printed
