It is difficult to understand the reasoning of the mayor of Garrucha closing all the beaches but leaving bars, restaurants and salas de juegos open. I would thing the beach would be the healthiest place to be and a closed in cassino the worst.
It was designed to stop the exodus of Madridians to the coast.
