Caxia bank app after merger of bankia

Has anyone had problems changing from the Bankia app to the Caria as it doesn’t recognise my password.
Caixa has taken over Bankía. We too are having difficulties with our password. I rang the bank and was informed that all "Bankía" account numbers will be changed during November 2021 and new passwords will be issued.

Thank you we went into the bank yesterday and signed all the paperwork but they didn’t say anything about a new log in. Do you have a contact number for them.

Yes I had problems I just called in to the bank and they sorted it for me .
