My Pramac Diesel Generator stopped on 30 December 2017 and won't start. Battery fully charged and engine turns over. Oil, fuel all ok. Just not interested in firing. Regularly serviced 2 years old 700 hours on clock. Highly reliant on this as no mains electricity, only solar. Short days and cloudy ones mean not enough electricity to run even fridge and freezer. Please advise if you can.
Not a good start to 2018.
The only Diesel geni guys we know are Belzunces in Huercal Overa. Years ago they collected our 6kw and then pronounced it a write off. No idea if they check on site.

The very best for 2018. I actually set my geni on fire by accidentally shorting it. Luckily I was with a Brit Insurance Company underwritten by Lloyds of London with Accidental Cover. After 6 months had to appeal to Lloyds due to corrupt firm in Alicante & bent loss adjuster out here and received 1/2 the price of a new one which was 3 times more than I had paid for the 2nd hand geni 2 years before. Never found Belzunces that friendly & they seem to have a narrow range of models they will repair. Think it's down to spares.
