Hi    just seen a really nice house for sale in el fas  cantoria 

Are there still problems with illegal builds ?? If so how could I find out if a certain property is legal etc

We bought a property in El Fas ourselves last year. Make sure your lawyer checks it out and there shouldn’t be an issue
