Internet, TV and Mobile Services - El Arroyo Aceituno

We are shortly moving to this area and will need all three services. Internet needs to be adequate to support streaming, mobile need to have a connection (we understand Vodaphone doesn't quite make it) and ideally we need a flexible supplier since we will only be in Spain for six months of the year. Tips and suggestions very welcome.
