hello all.. we are looking to move to the area and have seen a property.but we would want a pool installed apx 11.m x 4m.. does anyone have any idea of costings and company recommendations ..and time scales for completion.. many thanks andy and sue collier..

Firstly you need permission to install an under-ground pool. This needs to be checked by your solicitor BEFORE you put in an offer. Please do not take advice from you Estate Agency. From memory it is not so strict for an above ground pool. You could visit your Town Hall in Arboleos for guidance.
