Can anyone recommend: Electrician

I’m thinking of having two electric towel heaters installed in our bathrooms. However the ones in Spain seem quite expensive so I was thinking of sourcing them in the UK (along with 2 fused digital timers) and getting a local electrician to install them. I was wondering if anyone has a view on the feasability of this and if anyone could recommend an electrician to do the work.
