Can anyone recommend: Central heating

Very broadly speaking - Count the number of radiators that you need, I'd guess one each bedroom (4) one each bathroom (2) at least one in the kitchen and living room (2) so a minimum of say 8 radiators of different sizes - calculate the maximum BTU's of each of them and add it up to determine the boiler size you need

If you want hot water as well i.e. a combi boiler then add the number of hot taps and showers to again determine the size - And the size of the oil tank you'll need.

There's then piping, valves and comsumables to add before adding the labour costs, this is a big intangible as I've no idea where the rads need to be sited and the work involved in getting them there. Ditto the boiler and the tank.

A very rough guesstimate would be 4k Euro for the kit and another 1.5 - 2k for fitting depending on the quality you demand
