Can anyone recommend: A builder, experience in building staircase, tiling , plumbing

Hi everyone, my name is Ellie and I have recently purchased a house in Arboleas. The house has a spiral staircase and I would like to remove it and have a solid staircase built with wrought iron banister. I also want to re-tile the house approximately 140 sqm and replace the bathrooms .  Does anyone know a reliable and reasonable builder in the area ?   Thank you and Happy New Year to all my new neighbours 😘
