Are these injections if available cost free I will be using S1 for health care
It will all depend on whether the injections are on the Spanish health list, only your doctor or chemist will be able to tell you, alternatively you could buy the botox Phials and just get the nurse to injected them for you. They do have specialist eye clinics here so you might get referred to them.
