areas of Arboleas
Hi, hoping to buy soon. Have often seen the phrase " considered to be the best area". Can anyone tell me which areas I should consider and avoid in Arboleas
Thanks
Paul

Hi! In Arboleas all areas are legal and beautiful. You can go to the town hall to ask because there are english councilors. All information is free at the town hall.

I beg to differ we have recently sold our illegal villa to someone who wanted to buy it but it is still not legal and won't be for many years yet. We sold at a loss to be able to move to better area for us with proper papers for the property. In Arboleas the mayor says properties are legal but no paperwork says otherwise. be very careful what you buy check and double check it has papers. We found it too quiet and not for us.
Hi many thanks.

Hi Alicia11
Thanks for the reply , we did worry about the remoteness. Did you stay in the same area or move to a completely different area
Thanks again

Arboleas in itself is not 'remote' it is remote however to big towns/beaches etc,as for legal/illegal properties ALWAYS use an independant solicitor for the purchase, the same as you would in the UK

NO 1 Who do you go too, to see if property legal, also why so quite, is their not groups and activities going on. I am single and hope to join lots of groups, walking, dancing lunch etc and of course fiestas.
