Arboleas is a great to live if retired and have a pension income. If not then you will need a pot of gold or a great new business idea.

One other thing to consider, Arboleas is a very quiet area, I'm not sure if a 17 year old would settle so easily here. I've had my grandchildren over in summer, teens of course, who got bored after a couple of days even with our pool. Depends if course On were they live in UK if they already live in a quiet area they may manage. Do some research and see yourself what's available.
