Buying property in Illar

We’re in the process of buying a place too in Illar - did you manage to find anyone else there?

In a nutshell No, but the agent told us the apartment next door was British owned.

We have decided to go ahead with our purchase,so we might meet at some time

Excellent! We hope to be moving in at the end of February but will be living just outside the town in a little cortijo - we should meet up for coffee at some point!

But as we've only just started the buying process it may be a while before it happens.lol

Hi,I am just in the process of buying near Illar,and yes there are British types ,Engleterra speaking living nearby in  Illar,Instincion,Bentarique and Terque of course.

Sounds great - we’ve hit a snag with our purchase (no great surprise 😂) but fingers crossed it will get sorted! It’s certainly the area we’ve decided on so even if this one doesn’t come off we should end up around there!
