Can anyone recommend: CERTIFICADO DE SOLIDEZ - any recommendations for someone who can do this?

Hello everyone,
this is my first time on this forum: I'm thinking of buying in Tijola and I'm looking for someone who can do a 'Certificado de Solidez' for a reasonable price. I would be super grateful for any recommendations. I speak Spanish so language isn't an issue.
