Hi All, we have bought a property in tijola and it is in need of some work , some things we can do ourselves however the property needs white washing /painting and I’m wondering of costing. Do the painters charge per Sq metre ?. Or per day or how is is calculated. ?we are also thinking of an outdoor stairs from one terrace down to another.. is there a local company that could quote us for this ? Thanks ..
