Hi All we are moving to Seron in December and have been told that for all our post we either have to have a PO Box at the local post office or get a yellow post box. Does anyone know how we go about getting either of these and what sort of costs are involved. Many thanks Helen

We have a stainless steel post box on the wall by our gate and receive our post in it we only bought the house in April and the box was already there.

We purchased in Serón earlier this year, we are on the outskirts but post is delivered to our house. We just put a postbox on the wall. Perhaps ask your nearest neighbour? Everyone we have met in Serón has been so friendly.  Google translate is perfect for that, if like me, your Spanish is not great.

Hi there many thanks for your reply. We too will be on the outskirts of Seron so will follow your advice. Yes I quite agree all the Spanish people we have met when holidaying there have been lovely and some have even become our friends so looking forward to making some more. Google translate has been a godsend for us although we know a few phrases and are currently learning the lingo. Thanks again Helen
