Winter 6 month rental with 2 dogs

Hi, looking for advice please. We are an Irish middle ages couple looking for a rental property suitable for us and our 2 small dogs with outside space in or near a village/town for 6 months from October 2020 to March 2021. We know the Mojacar area very well as we've been visiting for the last few years. We are visiting on January 30th 2020 for 6 days to view some properties before we actually come over with our dogs. We would love Bedar, Seron, Zurgena areas or similar. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
