I have just purchased a flat in Romanilla, Roquetas de Mar. I am looking for an English speaking gestor to assist with communication to set up my water, electricity bills. Speak to the Town Hall regarding IBI and rubbish to transfer details of name change.

We finally found a lawyer on Avenida Juan Carlos I.... speaks fluent English and has taken care of everything.
