duolingo on the internet is a good starting point.  the local town halls usually have free lessons from Sept.  Take it if you are staying for 6 months that you have EU status.

I’d recommend coffee break Spanish podcast, it’s really good for pronunciation and just 10/15 minutes at a time. Starts very basic but works well for us

Like Alicia, I’d also recommend DuoLingo. It’s free and has a wide range of different lessons to suit your learning style.  It’s excellent for beginners to learn the basics with both listening and speaking exercises.

It works best as the app you put on your phone or tablet
