My wife and I are considering buying a property in Roquetas de Mar centrally or other locations close to all amenities. How does Roquetas de Mar compare to Carihuela near Torremolinos, during winter.
We intend to use the property in winter only and have concerns regarding Spanish laws favouring squatters, have there been many incidents in Roquetas de Mar.
Would very much appreciate relative advice.
