I know where this is because I've looked at properties on this street a couple of years ago.
The property we looked at was fine, but what we didn't like was that the street was quite a walk from the beach - probably about 5th or 6th line. There seemed to be nothing much in the way are of bars, supermarkets, shops, etc in the immediate area which would mean getting into the car practically for everything. The apartments we looked at were also in a slightly elevated position so you would see the sea from some of them. The street is quiet but not not far from a maze of plastic greenhouses which you don't realise are there until you explore the immediate vicinity. The property was reasonably priced, but the location was not ideal.

The Salinas área and also near the Castillo Santa Ana (port área) is better. There's also lots of apartments in the tourist urbanización and also the golf resort area further down the coast and further from the centre, if you prefer.
