Looking for a holiday rental... with a view to move long term

Hi 

We have booked flights to Almeria in the Easter holidays with a view to holidaying in Roquetas de Mar. Is there is a particular part of Roquetas de Mar that anyone could recommend?  It all looks good when you look online, but a recommendation would be much appreciated!   

We are coming for a week (me, my partner and our son Billy (9) this time, and are thinking of moving here longer term later in the year.  We currently live in London but due to health reasons want to move away from the city and nearer the sea and sun.

It would also be really good to hear from anyone else who has moved here with kids and how the whole experience was for them.
