If Movistar has lines in, then I will wholeheartedly recommend DIGI.  I have been with them for a few years now and have used their fibre optic since 2019 I think it was.  They do a 1 Gb/s connection using Telefonica lines for 30€ a month.  Once the Digi Plus network (their own Network) reaches you, you'll be upgraded to 10 Gb/s automatically for the same price.

I've recently moved house to Puerto Rey and just had Digi installed there.  Technician tested line in front of me at 913 Mbps down, 942 Mbps up.  On a Wireless connection (which is by necessity half-duplex) I tested at 419 Mbps Down, 511 Mbps Up using speedtest.net on an iPhone X

You can check coverage and then contract with them online, they have a dedicated English speaking line and install normally takes around 7 days (Telefonica come out first to do the external install and run fibre into your house, 2 or 3 days later Digi comes out, runs Fibre from the Telefonica point to wherever its needed in the house and installs and sets up the router and ONT.

I will always very much recommend Digi
