Does anyone know of somewhere to report mistreatment of dogs as opposite my house in the port area of Roquetas there is a dog crying continuously, I think he's shut in a house and who knows if he has water or food, he certainly has nobody caring for him. I hope someone can help

Seprona is the department that deals with it but just ring your local police, they will sort it out. Do it sooner rather than later.
