Hi all just bought a new car and despite the dealer notifying trafico of my details. Trafico have decided to spell my first name incorrectly. I immediately informed the dealer but they say they can't change it with trafico?? Dealership are saying I have to go to Almeria and amend it personally. Has anyone had a similar experience/know if this is correct. Sounds to me that I am being given duff info by the dealer Tia Karen

You are. Dealer can certainly contact Tráfico to amend it, especially if the miscommunication was theirs. They just don’t want to because they will be liable for the cost of correction / re-registration.
I know this because when I moved, the dealership undertook to notify Tráfico of my change of address.
