Interested in El Balcon appartments - Any advice on them welcome please?

We are looking at purchasing a 2 bed apartment and am very interested in the El Balcon apartments  However, we won't be able to purchase until early next year once my husband retires, so are hoping (in vain) that there may be some still available then, otherwise we will be keeping an eye out for a resale!  We will be looking to use it for holidays for us and for friends and family to use also.  We are also wanting to rent it out to cover costs.  Can anyone already living/holidaying at these apartments give us ANY useful info regarding the purchasing process, legal firms used?  Do many people rent out their apartments successfully? How well soundproofed are they, if purchasing a lower apartment?  ANYTHING else you can tell about holidaying there?  And anything I've forgotten to ask??  Many thanks in advance.
