Hi can anybody recommend a good solicitor 're buying property, also has anybody used mundi ABOGADOS if so some feed bk would be appreciated.

Yes we have used Maria Maroto and her colleagues Esther and Nicoletta at Mundi Abogados twice for purchasing properties and both times have been very impressed with their professionalism. They sorted out our NIEs, accompanied us to the notary, responded to emails quickly and kept us informed of progress. They all speak good English and the first time we went in Maria explained the costs and it was all laid out for us on paper and there were no surprises at any stage. I thoroughly recommend them.

Thanks Rob we have made appointment with them for next wk when in spain. so hope it go's well .feel better now you say they are very good.

Hi Kay,

Michael Davies - Davies Abogados in Mojacar is a good English speaking solicitor. I am using him as my solicitor to buy a property.
