We are looking to buy a 3 bedroomed villa with private pool in the Arboleas area.
Within 10 minutes walking distance to Arboleas centre.
You really shouldn't have any problems with the number of people selling up. May I suggest you also join the original Arboleas Forum. www.arboleas.co.uk as you will find the General Chatter Section extremely entertaining & informative. There has just been a question posted about Estate Agents.Not quite sure why you would want to be that close to the administrative centre, such as it is, as a motor vehicle is a necessity of life in this area due to the paucity of public transport.Consider renting initially as you may find the area too parochial or.incestuous.Anyway, the very best of.luck.Dr. Bob and SandraMojacar Playa and Puerto Lumbreras
