Power wash, acid wash, blast with power washer, clean old cement off and re glue all the tiles that fall off back on with pool tile adhesive (in my case about 200!) Finally re-grout with epoxy grout. a lot more expensive and more harder to work with, but will last a lot longer into the future. No doubt others will give other advice, but i know this works

From experience we had to have our 2 pools each 8 x 4 pool repaired/regrouted at the same time.  Had many recommendations. Had to use a British guy called TJ in La Alfoquia area in an emergency. Ripped us off to the sum of €1500 for 2 pools both of which Juan (recommended below). Fixed. Friends recommended Juan (cannot remember the company name at the moment). He and his team were truly excellent which could be seen in their modus operandi when working as a team.  It was €750 each pool from start to finish. From Lorca but makes no difference to travelling time as he has so much work around here even to Urcal area and all, over.  His number is 630 810 299. The Brits tend to charge similar amounts circa €1200/1250 !!!!!  in this area. It costs nothing for a call and estimate is free of charge when he is passing.  We didn’t bother with getting an estimate as he has done 3 pools belonging to friends.  Hope this helps …..
