Good Morning All , Could someone please tell me if all of the villas in the Arboleas area have habitation certificates as I have just found out off another forum for Camposol that they don't. Many thanks in advance.
no they don't a lot of the properties are waiting to be legalised under the Innovation 14 scheme that has been ongoing for many years now. Go to the townhall and ask them the situation of any property you like and they will tell you it's current situation.
