Good advice Al - thank you.  I was under the impression, from the DGT website, that you had to have had Residencia for two years before you could swap.  I’ll contact them as well - thanks again

As an English ex pat I do know it is compulsory after two years of Spanish residency you must change to a Spanish Driving Licence. Never listen to "bar room lawyers" as an Abogado would say. Always get professional advice.

We used CATS in La Alfoquia who did everything for us and had licences back within a few weeks without having residencia.
