Hello can anyone tell me anything about how the lawyer smart card works and is it advisable to have one.

I have one but I am not really sure it is of much use....needed a specialist lawyer and I thought these people might be able to find one for me.Eventually I did get to speak with someone but they seem determined not to really help.So far the 100 euro fee hasn't been justified....
Its a broker, selling someone else's product, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole
