Customs

Has anyone  ever had a response to emails sent to customs Madrid? and have the correct address. I had my prescription meds stolen at Alicante Airport in August and had replacements sent from UK They have been in cusoms ever since. Correos tracking says I have been sent notification of arrival and request for further information but it has not arrived, Have sent customs 3 emails via their page but have had no response so tried direct emails to

Aduana.Madrid@correo.aeat.es and to Adu.MadridBarajas@correo.aeat.es but these have all been returned via mailer daemon so looking for a diferent address to try although the way things are going my 90 days will be up before I get them
